Your date is booked only with a signed contract and the non-refundable retainer is paid. The retainer is to be paid within 24 hours of signing the contract.

A non-refundable retainer of 25% of the total package cost is due at the time of booking to hold your date for weddings/events booked 90 days in advance. For weddings/ events booked less than 90 days in advance 50% of the total package cost is due at the time of booking. All other sessions require a 50% deposit.

To be fair to all potential clients, I cannot hold your date or pencil you in. The final balance of your package is due 7 days before your session.

In case you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and eventual costs already arising before the actual session. However, I understand that unforeseen events can happen, so I try to work on alternatives if possible – e.g. Find a new date for a session.

Yes. For all weddings | events| and sessions exceeding 50 miles from Prairieville, LA 70769 there is a $0.54/mile (round trip).

A sneak preview will be published on my website within one week after the shooting. The final online gallery will be available no later than 3 weeks after the shoot date for portrait sessions. For weddings/events the final gallery will be available no later than 8 weeks after the event.

Yes and no, I will provide a selection of different poses, head positioning, and smiling in your gallery that you get to pick and choose from.

Upon receiving your gallery you can order prints and/or download images at additional cost.

No, a print release can be purchased. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee the quality of any prints that are not created through my selected lab.

I use a Nikon D7100 with multiple different lenses for most of my sessions. Props and backdrops are available upon request.

ABSOLUTELY! Your pets are part of your family. I do recommend having someone available to hold them while you are taking certain photos.

No, since the engagement session is a complimentary session it isn't included in the price. The price is determined by the time of the wedding and the number of hours that go into editing. It can however be substituted for an anniversary photoshoot.

I understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. I never pack up before the contracted time, and I'm not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, I will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like me to stay, I will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.

If I am unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll find and secure a replacement photographer of a similar style and ability. If one can not be secure you will receive a full refund.
